**What you will be doing...**
- Reporting to the
- **Crew Training Systems Supervisor**, the
- **Crew Training Systems Specialist **is responsible for the daily running of all the Flight Crew training systems and functions. These business-critical systems are used intensively to plan and deliver the essential 'initial' and 'recurrent' training required by all flight-crew in order to operate our flights.In this exciting role you will ensure the constant availability and smooth daily operation of the Crew Training systems. You will provide guidance and training whilst maintaining guides and reference material for all system elements. Working alongside internal stakeholders you will maintain and continuously develop relationships in order to maximise the efficiency, stability and overall reliability of the systems. The
- **Crew Training Systems Specialist **will assist with system development, delivering testing schedules for patches and new releases in the Live environment.In addition, you will maintain the setup of rostering rules, respond to any queries and adjust data and configuration as required. You will also ensure a full contingency strategy is in place for disaster recovery and failover.- ** Crew Resource Planning** and
- **Operations Control**. In addition, you will be a strong communicator, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, providing clear guidance and assistance as needed. You should be able to demonstrate good system knowledge through previous experience.**What can we offer you?**
