Transport Compliance Administrator

Here in **GXO Enfield** (EN3), we’re working together with **Iceland Foods** and on the look-out for a **Transport Compliance Administrator** to join our fast-paced, transport team. You’ll be working on a **full-time,** **permanent** basis, on a **Monday to** **Friday** pattern, covering the hours of **09:00-17:00.**

As a Compliance Administrator, you will get:

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Maintain all compliance administration for a fleet of 116 tractor units and 160 trailers involved in the distribution of multi temperature stock
- Produce and distribute weekly vehicle maintenance schedule
- Have full control of vehicle defect reports and upkeep hard copies of vehicle files
- Complete electronic driver licence checks and maintain driver non-working days in Tachomaster driver calendar
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in same or similar background beneficial
- Excellent IT skills including MO Apps, Word and Excel
- Highly organised with the ability to remain focused under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet requirements
- ‘Can Do Attitude’ and a desire to improve
