**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure local delivery of soft services, including catering, meeting cost, quality, and compliance metrics.
- Support the implementation of business strategy and client/site-specific objectives.
- Ensure all Sodexo personnel are trained and competent, maintaining compliance with statutory and client requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, proactively identify new business opportunities, and lead a high-performing team.
- Drive innovation and initiatives to enhance business operations.

**What you bring**:

- Good basic education, with proficient written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
- Proven experience in office administration, with a keen eye for detail.
- Skilled in office software packages (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office) to produce reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for positive relations with stakeholders and a flexible, adaptable team player.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to provide summarized and detailed reports.
- Ability to be on location by at least 06:00 am Monday to Friday.
