**The Role**:

- Greet all visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, taking coats, offering refreshments and informing the relevant person they have arrived.
- Issue visitor badges and temporary passes
- Direct courier deliveries
- Provide travel details and maps to clients and staff
- Book taxis and cars as needed
- Maintaining meeting room set up
- Book all meeting via the room booking system (Condeco)
- Order refreshments and organise catering
- Liaise with Facilities to discuss any maintenance issues

**Essential requirements**:

- Proven experience in a Front of House role within a corporate environment, ideally Legal
- Passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Experience using a room booking system
- Well presented, personable and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people at all levels
