Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a **Revenue Management Strategic Project Lead** to join our Strategy team. This role will be based at our London Cluster Office - County Hall office, and reports into the Midway Head of Revenue Management - Global on a permanent basis.

**About the Role...**

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our digital customer experience from end to end, across our exciting brands including Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, The Dungeons, LEGOLAND Discovery Centres, and The Eye Brand. With ambitious growth plans and untapped potential, your role will be critical in delivering our global strategic ecommerce roadmap and achieving both our customer and commercial goals.

As our Revenue Management Strategic Project Lead, you'll be responsible for accelerating the growth of our revenue management capability through the rollout and expansion of new and existing tools and functionality designed to drive maximum revenue return for Merlin. You'll work closely with the Head of Revenue Management to define projects, build business cases, and write papers, delivering designated projects within a defined budget.

- You will have knowledge and experience of driving best in class project delivery delivering commercial benefits
- Be an excellent communicator and storyteller, presenting concepts and ideas in different formats, depending on context
- Have strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities while adhering to time-sensitive deadlines
- Be excellent at dealing with matrixed stakeholders
- Leisure/Entertainment experience is desirable but not necessary
