**Duties**:

- To co-ordinate and support the administration of new project requests for the National Projects Team.
- To support the administration of internal system based processes in connection with Pensions Admin client billing and revenue recognition.
- To assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Attend meetings to act as a note taker, produce and monitor action logs.
- Liaise with other teams and key stakeholders as necessary.

**Knowledge, Skills and experience**:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience of office administration. Experience of working in a financial services environment would be desirable but not essential.

**Analytic**
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize workloads with conflicting importance.
- Ability to research, interpret and present data from a variety of sources.
- Logical approach to problem solving.

**Communication**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

**Customer Service**
- The desire to provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong academic background in Maths and English or equivalent is desirable but not essential if experience demonstrated.
- A qualification in Administration and/or business studies is desirable but not essential if experience demonstrated.
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel qualification is desirable but not essential if experience demonstrated.
