**Working hours**: 09.00am - 17.00pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available.

Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking Programme Administrators to join one of our very successful clients based in York. Our client is one of the leading insurance companies and are the largest insurer in the UK. Our client is responsible for supporting over 11 million customers with various products.
Our client is looking for a motivated, tenacious and innovative Administrator to join a large Programme team providing day to day support across a number of the key workstreams including general diary management, administrative tasks, new starter processes and updates to key project artefacts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain a breadth of experience across Change.

**Day to Day**:

- Arranging meetings, tracking attendance, taking actions
- Monitoring central mailbox, scheduling central meetings, de-conflicting team diaries
- Chasing completion of actions and providing updates to project team
- Completion of new starter tasks such as IT kit, ID cards, system access for the teams
- Supporting in collation of project materials including ppt packs, meeting notes etc
- Supporting in updated of Governance artefacts and tools where appropriate eg. CARDI, Planview
- Owning key organisational assets of the team, Distribution lists, holiday tracker
- Supporting your Workstream lead and / or project team as required

**Essential requirements**:

- You'll be organised and able to work with mínimal guidance
- Confident in PowerPoint, ability to produce quality packs for committees and forums
- Experience of creating/maintaining process documentation
- Keen attention to detail
- Confident and independent - happy to engage with internal and external stakeholders

**Desirable/Advantageous**:

- Experience of working in/with projects would be beneficial.
