Customer Service Administrator - Remote/Cardiff - £28,000 to £35,000.

This is predominantly a remote position where you are required to work in Cardiff once per week.

**Client Details**

The organisation has sites in Hong Kong, USA and soon to be in Cardiff. They supply a unique hygiene product and have customers across UK, Americas and Asia.

Current headcount of the organisation globally is circa.30 and this is growing.

**Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage SAP Business One for customer transactions in EMEA.
- Review sales forecasts to identify purchases and stock needs in SAP.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and make plans for buying, entering work orders, or transferring product from another location as appropriate and as guided by SAP.
- Forge and maintain relationships with Customers to provide excellent customer service.
- Work internally and externally to resolve price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues.
- Assist in providing quotes to the sales team.
- Work closely with others in the procurement and finance functions.
- Create Sales orders
- Create month end reports
- Provide support for sales team and issues acceptance of Sales order based on stock levels and expected receipt dates of goods
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Generate Required shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, C of C, C of O etc)
- Work with Flexport platform for customer shipments and Customer transport departments to ensure orders are dispatched.

**Profile**
- Background in manufacturing or logistics environment
- Understanding of end to end supply chain and flow of goods
- Excellent customer service skills
