Uk Mobilisation Lead

Key Responsibilities
**Operational Planning**: Develop and implement a comprehensive mobilisation/transition plan, including workplace scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
**Stakeholder Management**: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors and partners, ensuring clear and open communication to understand mobilisation requirements and ensure alignment.
**Risk Assessment and Mitigation**: Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation plans and implement appropriate measures to minimise potential disruptions during mobilisation and transition.
**Resource Allocation**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, budget and technology to support successful implementation.
**Setting Key Deadlines**: Define and communicate mobilisation milestones, deadlines and performance metrics to ensure progress is tracked and project objectives are met.
**Change Management**: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption and integration of new processes, systems or operations.
**Performance Monitoring**: Monitor project progress, evaluate performance against established metrics and provide timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.
**Operational Experience**: Leverage operational experience to identify process improvement opportunities, streamline workflows and optimise efficiency and effectiveness during mobilisation and transition.
**Deliverable Management**: Oversee the creation and delivery of service deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards, align with the operational objectives and are delivered in a timely manner.
**Leadership**: Work within and motivate an operational workplace team, providing clear direction, resources, support and ensuring collaboration and coordination across different various service partners and client.

Accountabilities
Operate and comply with JLL & agreed Client business processes/procedures.
Maintain a proactive relationship with the Client and understand their current and future requirements.
Proactively support and deliver a collaborative and co-operative environment throughout the transition.
Ensure safe working practices through implementation of JLL Health & Safety standards & regulations.
Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined in work instructions are communicated in training.
Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls.
Report of all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies.
Manage suppliers and collaborate with supply partners and resolve service issues as they arise.
Provide accurate and timely reports on performance of suppliers and supply partners supporting the site.
Support implementation of JLL operational initiatives and hard/soft services projects.
Vendor Management - manage performance, motivate, train and develop team to ensure the performance objectives are met, and performance bar is continually raised.
**Key Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience in workplace management, mobilisation, transition or operations.
Strong management skills, with a project mindset, with the ability to develop and execute plans to effectively manage resources, budgets and timelines.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and lead teams to success.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk, develop mitigation strategies and make timely decisions.
Experience in change management, including managing resistance to change, ensuring change is long term, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of operational best practices and experience of optimising processes and workflows.
Excellent communication skills, competent in aural, oral and written skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
High customer service focused, with sound problem-solving ability and strong time management skills.
Computer literate in MS Office Applications.
