A respected firm of Solicitors require a Legal Secretary with good knowledge of residential conveyancing to provide support for a busy Partner.
- Typing from digital dictation (via BigHand), handwritten drafts or typed documents.
- Draft standard documents
- Prepare Land Registration forms
- Prepare LBTT Returns
- Order First Scottish Reports/Searches
- Prepare fee notes
- Prepare cash statements
- General administrative duties such as: photocopying/scanning and taking messages.
