Our client, Therabody is a pioneer in the wellness technology space, developing products and services that optimize human performance and unlock the body's natural ability to achieve health and well-being

We are set to open a Therabody concession in Harrods, early 2023 and are recruiting a Retail Sales Specialist to become part of this exciting new project.

This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Specialists who can represent Stellar and our client, Therabody to lead the way with delivering exceptional customer service.

**What you will be doing in your role**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
- Building a great rapport with customers
- Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
- Converting interest into sales
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Ensuring the space always has premium standards

**What experience you’ll need to be successful**:

- Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
- The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
- Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous

**Other qualities we are looking for**:

- Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
- Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
- A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
- Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
- Additional languages would be advantageous
