Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Store Coordinator - the role plays a crucial part in the day to day running of manufacturing operations, in managing the assets and inventory in the stockroom, being responsible for undertaking regular stocktake to ensure stock is properly authorised and recorded. Ensuring security for all company assets and assists in the facilitating of procurement of all stock. This position involves managing the logistic and transportation of electronic components and equipment and working with the Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure timely delivery of the same.

This role is dependent on close collaboration with The Engineering Team, Procurement, to develop committed schedules to effectively meet the goals and objectives of the business.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required;
- Track, document, investigate and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Maintains ERP database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Picking Bill of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing electronic equipment and building or direct shipment orders.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers equipment to customers.
- Re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Process and document return goods by following established procedures.
- Ensuring safety and security of all stock
- Ensure required standards of safety are adhered to and good housing maintained in the work areas.
- Packing of equipment such as customer orders and RMA’s ensuring arrival at destination in good order
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, shipment waybills, customs forms, and plan logistic for large shipments/collections.
- Ensuring stock levels of packing materials are sufficient and meet with exceptional high standards of customer equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering store, inventory management and stock control systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong English interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Flexible attitude to working hours required.
- Level of fitness to ensure ability to handle stocking of shelves. (moving boxes, up and down ladders to reach inventory)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills

Valid drivers license - must drive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
