**The Job** We’re hiring a Client Services Co-ordinator. You'll be the go-to person for our clients, helping them out and solving their problems. And with our company growing fast, there are plenty of opportunities for you to grow with us.

**What You'll Do**
- Produce and process client quotations and instructions accurately and promptly in line with Company SLA’s
- Promoting company services and providing support, and when required arranging client appointments for client services team as required
- Planning & Programming of site visits, liaising/coordinating with Clients, Advisors & Surveyors, arranging keys and access - managing key availability collection and return
- Arranging Advisors/Surveyors diaries/workload/travel bearing in mind costs involved to make the works cost effective - sorting and managing the database and T card board as necessary
- Dealing with telephone queries/enquiries as and when required and ensuring prompt response
- Entering information into the Company Electronic Database and keeping all information up to date
- Working with the client services team to develop and implement marketing/promotional activities to maintain and enhance the profile of the company and to ensure company targets are achieved
- Support other office administrators as and when required and ensure full awareness of all administration tasks and responsibilities at all times so that effective cover can be maintained
- Provide a high level of customer care and support that promotes and reflects the image of the business
- Undertake any key projects/responsibilities and any other tasks as directed by the Client Services Manager
- Meet and exceed any targets/deadlines that may be set by the Client Services Manager
- Undertake any other duties within your capability as directed by the Client Services Manager

**What You'll Bring** We're looking for someone who's got experience in customer service, is good at building relationships, and communicates clearly. You'll be a team player who can also take the initiative, looking for opportunities to make our processes better. You need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with different kinds of clients. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

**The Perks** We offer a competitive salary and a pension scheme, and you won't have to worry about parking - it's on us. You'll get 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure, and we operate normal working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
