We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Theatre Liaison Coordinator to join our team in the Constable Theatres, Colchester Hospital.

This post is integral to the effectiveness of Constable Theatres and provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to play a fundamental role in the development of Elective Surgical Surgery at Colchester Hospital.

As a Theatre Liaison Coordinator you will provide support to a multi-skilled team of varying levels of expertise in a variety of specialities including elective and emergency situations.

The post holder will oversee the ordering, receipting, and monitoring of stock levels for all consumables, for all surgical specialities in Theatre, ensuring that in achieving this, they are supporting service development, provision of a high standard, cost effective, efficient and quality driven service for patients.

You will also work to support the Theatre Lead in ensuring that the clinical & operational needs of the services are met, optimising patient throughput & productivity, thereby supporting the Trust in sustaining national targets.
