Oaks Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient services in England. We are looking for a highly skilled Deputy Theatre Manager to join our team and contribute to our exciting journey of growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading and developing a high-performing team, with excellent leadership and management skills. They will also be responsible for project managing and delivering key initiatives, working closely with the Theatre Manager and Head of Clinical Services.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, buy and sell flexible leave options, and private pension scheme.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and developing a high-performing team
  2. Project managing and delivering key initiatives
  3. Working closely with the Theatre Manager and Head of Clinical Services
