**Role: Sales & Lettings Negotiator**

**Salary: £20,000 basic plus commission (OTE £35,000)**

**To achieve this goal, we are undergoing a period of unprecedented growth, including a major rebrand and complete overhaul of our customer interaction systems.**

**As part of our expansion, we now have an exciting vacancy for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic team at our Head Office in Shropshire.**

**Responsibilities of a Sales & Lettings Negotiator**:

- Booking in and conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Securing new sales & lettings appointments.
- Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio.
- Progressing leads from Rightmove and Zoopla through to completion.
- Giving feedback to vendors and negotiating offers.
- Liaising with photographer and marketing team to produce listing on various property portals.
- Working alongside in-house legal team to negotiate contract terms.
- Any other associated duties as may be required.
- Interest or experience in property sales and lettings.
- Organisational skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Professional telephone manner and confident with use of Microsoft Office software.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
