What we are looking for...

We are looking for individuals with high standards and an incredible work ethic to join our successful Estate Agency in Ludlow. You will be keen to learn and develop your skills whilst also having a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

A hunger to succeed with a commitment to personal development are key characteristics required in order to succeed in this role.

Day-to-day duties include:

- Booking viewings & valuations of properties in Worcestershire
- Liaising with homeowners to discuss marketing activity and build relationships
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Ensuring current legislation and regulations are adhered to
- Providing a professional and courtesy approach to all clients
- Assisting with social media pages

Salary is basic £20,000 plus commission - OTE £23,000 - £24,000
