Sales Manager Position Overview

At Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the customer portfolio in various sectors of activity, including specialised hydraulic distributors, original equipment manufacturers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the customer portfolio in various sectors of activity
  • Carry out prospecting actions to develop and sustain the activity
  • Present our range of products and their quality
  • Visit potential customers, identify their needs, and develop customer relations
  • Negotiate prices while respecting profitability levels
  • Participate in trade fairs to promote products and our brand image
  • Record and report on progress and visits

Sales Manager Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of filtration, ideally with a hydraulic filter manufacturer. They will also have excellent technical skills and a good understanding of the UK & Ireland markets and its specifics. Additionally, they will be happy with UK travel and hold a full driving licence.

Sales Manager Position Remuneration

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000, potentially negotiable. They will also enjoy a 21-day holiday package, 8 bank holidays, a company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone. Furthermore, they will be eligible for a discretionary bonus, private health care with BUPA, and training provided. A pension scheme will also be available.
