Role of a Purchasing Assistant:
In this role as the Purchasing assistant you will e reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Your sole responsibility will e to source and purchase bespoke stock working to deadlines.

Duties for a Purchasing Assistant
- Organise Transport & raising delivery notes for delivery of goods to customers
- Host customers on and off site
- Assistning the Operations manager with Production Planning
- Raising Purchase orders using sage
- Creating ills of Materials
- Sourcing and purchasing goods in line with requirements
- Adjusting stock
- Book flights/travel for onsite people
- Working closely with the Goods in Team
- Sourcing new supplier and negotiating prices
