We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team in our **Northwich, UK **office.

**Your accountabilities in the role**
- Ensuring effective administration / support
- Customer and supplier liaison
- Compliance to all company procedures and legislative requirements
- Maintanance of spreadsheets and databases
- General adhoc administration duties

**What we appreciate about you**
- Excellent listening and communication skills and a desire to help customers and internal colleagues
- Good analytical skills with a logical and depentable working style
- Proven administrative background is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Self-starter and can work under a pressurised environment
- A knowledge of Chemistry / Chemical regulations would be advantageous
