Operations Co-Ordinator
**Job Description**:
Our Client based in Wolverhampton West Midlands who are a rapidly growing multi award winning business provide voice, data, mobile and cloud based solutions to business across the UK are looking for a Operations Co-Ordinator on a full time permanent basis. You will be situated within the office in Wolverhampton, with the ability to work from home at discretion of the company.
Overview
An Operations Co-Ordinator will be expected to work as part of a team and to work alone unsupervised. The role consists primarily of account management organising installations of PBX/Hosted sales. You will be the main point of contact for the customer during the installation period.
Salary & Benefits
- £25k-35k Basic per annum
- Full time - Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
- Free parking, Pension.

**Responsibilities**:
- Processing new/existing customer's orders for installations
- Scheduling engineers for installations
- Liaising with BT Wholesale via phone or online portal.
- Placing orders to migrate lines and calls, or other services
- Answering inbound calls
- Resolving customer queries, liaising with all relevant departments including liaising with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure a smooth installation.
- Maintaining & updating GoldMine calendar.
- Supporting with all round administration duties
- Escalating complex customer service/installation problems and complaints to the Operations Manager
- Any other duties as required.
Skills and Requirements
- Must have Word, Excel and Microsoft knowledge
- Telecom knowledge is essential, Core products are Wildix, Horizon, NEC, knowledge of any of these products would be extremely beneficial
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent Administration and organisation skills
- Professional attitude with a high attention to detail
