**Personal Assistant & Driver. **_( Part-time, Permanent Role )_

Tailored Flooring, a well-loved Bristol carpet design and flooring company based on Alma Road, Clifton, is looking for a caring personal assistant to the boss. With enthusiasm and friendliness, you will support the day-to-day running of the business as he navigates coordination, balance and speech challenges.

In this ever-changing personal assistant role, you will work closely with our busy owner/MD liaising with the brilliant team around him. If you are proactive, organised, passionate about design, and interiors and interested in contributing to the growth and success of the business, we’d love to hear from you

**Hours**: 20 hours per week 9:30 am - 2:30 pm _(with 60 minutes break through the day)_
**Salary**: £14,475 _(the equivalent of £27,140 pro rata)_ plus contributory pension
**Holiday**: 15 paid holiday days _(equivalent of 28 days including Bank Holidays)_

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the boss’s calendar and schedule of work, general life communication and organisation.
- Link up communication and be a team point of contact between suppliers, customers, back office, fitters, and the records that keep us on track.
- Help create reports, briefs and other documents that assist internal decision-making.
- Take daily notes to enable the team to answer queries and follow through on necessary actions.
- Co-own the job sheets, estimates, customer follow up & records.
- Pop in on customer jobs, run errands, drive and accompany the boss at measures, professional and personal meetings, including medical specialists.

**Commitments**:

- Full UK Driving license holder with own car.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office - and our estimating process is evolving, so you’ll be part of the software training team on that
- Office and disability PA experience.
- To multitask and prioritise tasks in a sometimes busy and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with our awesome team of ten, and legendary customers.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £14,475.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Administrative & Business Operations Occupations: 2 years (preferred)
