Title: Delivery Lead - Reinsurance

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Within the Professional Services division, you will be joining a Duck Creek Reinsurance project team (a platform dedicated to reinsurance) consisting of nearly 30 people. As a Delivery Lead in our Professional Services team, you will play a vital role in leading teams to deliver project(s) for clients, and manages schedules, financials, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
- Responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) for clients,- Manages the day-to-day project activities and deliverables, including schedules, financials, and project change requests- Serves as the point of escalation for project related activities, and for the Customer- Reports on project results, metrics, test and deployment management activities- Provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership- Understands interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs- Sets and continually manages project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders- Mentors project team members

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE- Bachelor’s degree required, and/or higher level, or foreign equivalent- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus- 12+ years of Project Management / Delivery Lead experience- Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget- Experience leading, motivating and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance- Demonstrated experience managing a client- Demonstrated experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Travel: 0-10% (if required for on-site client visits or team building event)
