REED Accountancy Oxfordshire have been exclusively approached to recruit on behalf of a small, friendly and established employer based in Oxfordshire, who are seeking to recruit a Accounts Assistant, on an initial 3-month part-time temporary contract witha likelihood for extension into a permanent role, upon successful completion of the initial contract.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Part-time: 25 hours per week and very flexible on timings
Location: Eynsham

Up to £26,000 per annum

More details on the role are listed below.
Key responsibilities:

- Purchase invoices, delivery note matching and posting (200-250 per month)
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Process monthly payments and staff expenses
- Raise sales invoices and post to ledger
- Credit control assistance
- Weekly payroll
- General admin as required and answering phone queries

Person specification and experience:

- Team player, good self-organisation and ability to plan ahead
- AAT studier
- Some experience in a Finance office
- SAGE understanding or experience
- Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel, Word and Outlook)
