Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 (Full Time Rate) 

Reports To: Sales Director 

Location: Eynsham, Oxfordshire 

The Role 

Join our dynamic team as our first internal Telemarketer where you will act as the liaison between our Sales director and our prospects, for our target market as well as existing account expansion. 

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, through a range of methods of communication. This is typically a mix of phone and digital. 

The Telemarketer will: 

  • Arrange one-to-one business meetings between prospects and our clients 
  • Cold call senior decision makers from SMB through to Enterprise level organizations 
  • Build long-term and trusting relationships with prospects and clients 
  • Actively prospect on LinkedIn and via email, utilizing social media where appropriate 
  • Proactively search for New Business opportunities for the company 
  • Effectively communicate results to senior management and clients

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who will: 

  • Be positive and able to effectively take on constructive feedback 
  • Be curious and willing to learn 
  • Have high emotional intelligence 
  • Be energetic with a hunger to succeed 
  • Have strong communication skills 
  • Be adaptable with active listening skills 
  • Be well-organized with good time management 
  • Have 6-12 months of direct sales experience (Essential) 
  • Experience in a similar role(s) is essential. You will be accountable for results, high performance, and will be expected to have a strong mentality and positive attitude 
  • Be confident, resilient and competitive 
  • Be driven and motivated to be successful within a telemarketing role 
  • Have excellent communication skills
