Customer Service Administrator

**RME Consultants are pleasured to be working with an established client who seeking a confident, organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to support their company needs.**
**Role: Customer Service Administrator**
**Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 per annum**
**Contract: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm**
**Location: Exeter, Devonshire**
**Main Duties for Customer Service Administrator**:
- **Approving and checking internal orders**:
- **Recording data accurately**:
- **Reviewing stock levels**:
- **Communicating with all staff and advising with orders**:
- **Proactively chasing/expediting orders**:
- **Reporting any issues/improvements to help improve day to day running of the stores/procurement function**
**Experience required for Customer Service Administrator**:
- **Must be highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic to achieve**:
- **Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel**:
- **Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills**:
- **Previous administrator experience is essential**:
- **Efficient problem solver**
