What do you have to achieve?
- To be able to offer full admin support to the nurseries and ASC’s ensuring an excellent service is provided to our customers.
- Supports the settings in achieving targets set by the senior management team.
- Supports the Managers and their teams to allow them to achieve high standards of childcare.

Key responsibilities

Maintaining family and account records on the nursery family management programme (Famly), for which training will be provided.
- Review of the monthly tuition report. Raise any concerns with the management team.
- Collection of fees including the administration of Childcare vouchers, pursuing outstanding fees and resolving any account queries.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential staff, children’s and parent’s records.
- Liaising with Senior Managers.
- Sending reports to Senior Managers as appropriate.
- Preparing monthly payroll spreadsheet. Ensure that this is authorised by the setting manager before forwarding to process.
- Liaising with managers and senior managers with general employee administration.
- Processing payments of fees.
- General computer use, accurate use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Keeping petty cash records.
- Welcoming parents, children and visitors.
- Keeping the office tidy.
- General office duties.
- Any other duties requested by the senior managers.
- Ordering from suppliers.
