Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an Administrator to join our client based at their site based in Aberdeen. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to develop your career with an established and successfulbusiness.
You will be site based, working Monday to Friday, full time however however hours can be flexible.
This is a busy role where your duties will include:

- Carrying out receptionist duties
- Maintaining the document control function
- Uploading Documents and maintaining records
- Ensuring that all communication is logged on various systems
- Assisting with day-to-day general enquires into the office.
- Placing materials and plant purchase orders and processing invoices
- Maintenance of plant registers, material requisitions etc.
- Managing materials and supplies for site

You must be an organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels of business. Previous experience working in a construction environment would be beneficial but not essential.
