Project Support Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Project Support officer to join our client Health Education England (HEE). Are you highly motivated, have previous project support experience and confident with communicating to various stakeholders? Then this could be therole for you.
**Role**:Project Support Officer - Health Education England
**Salary**: £11.76 per hour then rising to £13.12 after 12 weeks
**Hours**:Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
**Location**:Hybrid working and the office is in Leeds City Centre (Blenheim House)
**Role Overview**:
- Communicating with various Stakeholders
- Support the team in regular monitoring of the shared team mailbox while responding to queries and escalating queries where possible.
- Support the team in administrative functions such as accommodation and train bookings.
- Support financial processes by raising Purchase Orders and reconciling budgets (Oracle experience desirable)
- Collate and manage a range of datasets; project trackers, project registers and action logs to ensure the project management information and registers are up to date within budget.
- Track project plans and actions across the team, highlighting potential risks and delays in delivery
- Co-ordinate internal and external meetings for the team including calendar invites, agendas, papers, and minutes
- Liaise with appropriate corporate functions (i.e., IT, Finance, HR) to ensure the Team is compliant with policies and has the support required. Be a point of contact for a range of internal colleagues and senior managers.
- Regularly liaise with and negotiate with senior stakeholders and their offices on difficult and controversial issues
**What we are looking for**:
- Confident across all MS packages
- Preferably experience of working within project support
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships, liaising externally with stakeholders as required
- Administrative matters requiring developed interpersonal and oral/written skills, taking formal minutes.
- Produce comprehensive draft reports and minutes, sourcing information for various systems and sources use by HEE.
- Good communication skills for a range of audiences
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative
- Able to communicate across a range of different platforms
- Stakeholder management experience
- Able to communicate with internal/external stakeholders confidently
