Senior Quantity Surveyor Job, House Builder, Northants, up to £70,000 + Company Car + Annual Bonus

A reputable company who delivers projects across various industries ranging from high complexity projects to local communities.
**Your new role**
As an Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial and alongside the commercial team to ensure all steps are followed correctly from procurement of sites to final account including:
Preparing tender enquiry packs, analysing/comparing tenders against build costs, assembling health and safety, method statements and risk assessment policies for new contractors, compiling draft subcontract orders, drafting extras sheet for the Commercial Manager,price agreed customer extras list with subcontractors.
Assisting the commercial manager with cost value reconciliations and associated duties.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have experience of working in a commercial team for a minimum of 5 years ideally for a house builder. Qualified to HND or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related course, hold a valid CSCS card (or committing to obtain one), strong analytical skills,commitment to the companies policies and procedures and excellent written and verbal skills.
**What you'll get in return**
