**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
Provide administrative support to internal and external customers as part of the Repairs Team. Receive and responds to customer’s maintenance related enquiries and carry out all administrative duties related to this role. Provide an excellent level of customer service.

Delivers day to day activity as defined by the manager. Plays an active role in the team takes responsibility for your own performance and delivery in the role. Aligns behaviours to PA Housing values. Ensures open and honest interaction with colleagues to develop trust and challenges when things aren’t right.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

**Your responsibilities...**
- Administer CRM, Northgate, and other databases in use by the organisation.
- To be proactive in ensuring urgent matters are brought to the attention of the relevant Officers.
- Provide full administrative support to Handy person service
- Assist and support the repairs advisors during busy times as required.

- Communicates effectively.
- Customer focused and ability to empathise with customers.
- Prioritises and multi-tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships throughout PA Housing
- Ability to plan, organise, prioritise, and self-motivate.
- Educated to GCSE standard, NVQ level 3 or the ability to demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of this role
