**Job Title**:Children's Residential Support Worker

**Salary**: £27,500 per annum

**Hours**:Full-time (40 hours per week)

**Your Role**:
- You will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one support to a child with EBD, offering them guidance and mentorship.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where the child can develop their skills, self-esteem, and confidence.
- Implement individualized care plans and therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of the child.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the child's holistic development and well-being.
- Inspire positive change and be a source of stability and encouragement in the child's life.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential; we value your passion and commitment above all.
- A heart full of compassion, patience, and exceptional communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
