Operation Leads will develop multi skilled and talented teams to ensure that they grow to be their best selves. You will be an ambassador both for ISS and our client and understand ISS Groups and Client strategies and joint objectives, being able to convey and relay these to an integrated team so they absolutely understand their purpose and their part to play in our success.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- Create and maintain a Healthy, Safe, and Secure Environment and manage compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, company policy & any applicable industry requirements
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, Campus wide. Create opportunities to generate additional revenue streams aligned with the priorities of customers both in CRES and the site leadership
- Work collaboratively with Operational Excellence and Change and Embedment functions to realise best practise
- Ensure viable and achievable objectives are input to Springboard, owning the successful fruition of these initiatives
- Create, implement and deliver robust operational plans to ensure proactive and reactive service levels are achieved and maintained across the campus
- Communicate and bring to life our Value Proposition in an appropriate, tangible and concrete way to our teams, ensuing they understand their part to play in keeping to that promise as skilled individuals and as teams
- Ensuring the right competencies within teams are in place to deliver on our Value Proposition to our customers; through recruitment, development and successor planning, ensuring retention and continuous education of team
- Be wholly knowledgeable in relation to contractual obligations and the service schedules within

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- Experience with service and management (FM industry or experience from service-industry, e.g., Leisure, Hospitality, Corporate Solutions, Leisure, Retail and supplier management)’
- Demonstrable experience of running a similar operation in terms of scale, ambition, and prestige.
- 5 years’ experience working in an operational management role with financial and commercial accountability.
- Numerically and financially strong with a great head for control and financial success
- Can demonstrate roles where has led, motivated, and developed large teams (50+) from diverse backgrounds and skills sets
- Excellent interpersonal skills, experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation, gaining and maintaining credibility with all people - clients, customer, team, individual staff members
- Requires specialist high degree of initiative, creativity
