Projects you will be involved in include:

- Transport Planning - town centre transformation including new bus station, development of high-quality walking and cycling network for the borough, development of bids to secure capital funding, roll-out of electric vehicle infrastructure, production of GIS mapping
- Major Schemes & Town Centre Management - attend and facilitate customer and wider stakeholder engagement meetings/events with Project Support Offices, support scheme delivery and funding bid developments, administration support with programme and contractual management, ensuring quality schemes are delivered on time and budget.

As part of the post, and in addition to development in technical specialisms, you will be enrolled on St Helens Borough Council’s management training course, receive project management training and engage with graduates across the Liverpool City Region. The overall package will allow you to develop the skills you’ll need to progress in your future career.
