As a Customer Services Team Leader, you’ll be helping to lead a team of advisors striving to resolve our customers queries in a timely fashion. It’s a varied role that requires exceptional customer service and the ability to get your team hitting their targets and achieving their KPIs.

In this varied role you will:

- To support the Customer Services Manager and deputise in their absence
- Responsible for the delivery of exceptional Customer Service provided by the Advisor’s within the Team
- To achieve positive results by reducing returns, switch-selling and provide a positive experience to our customers
- Use best practices to assist the team with making the correct decisions
- Maintain a positive, proactive environment for the team to work within
- Assist the team with manager call-backs where required
