**Key Responsibilities**:
Kier Construction is looking to recruit a systems coordinator, working within our close-knit team in our Glasgow office and reporting to the Common Data Environment Manager the Systems coordinator will take a key role in the implementation and management of our construction information management system, Procore.

The role will involve being the key interface between internal and external stakeholders utilising Procore. The systems coordinator will not only manage and maintain data on the system but will also be required to assist in the training and upskilling of system champions across other areas of the business as part of its wider implementation, day to day responsibilities may include:

- Assigning access for all project users
- Configuring Regional Level Settings
- Configuring Project Level Settings
- Creating project specific form templates
- Uploading drawings and creating locations for all projects within the region
- Creating Reports to assist with the monthly audits ensuring the quality and completeness of the data captured
- Providing critical data
- Training internal and external teams on the use of Procore
- Providing support to all users and troubleshooting any issues
- Championing the use of Procore

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
The right person will be outgoing, able to liaise with a wide range of colleagues from site based staff to senior business management, organised, IT literate and able to learn and adapt to new systems ideally you will demonstrate:

- Relevant qualification / accreditation in data management / administration.
- Strong administrative experience within a construction, engineering, or Project Management environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Self-motivated and have a strong desire to progress
- Strong organisational and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyse and problem solve
- Ability to build strong relations internally and externally
