We have a current requirement for a HSEQ System Coordinator to join the business on a permanent basis in our Glasgow office on a hybrid working approach. The overall purpose of the role is to support the team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business stream regarding document control, data management, HSEQ systems management. This role has a wide remit which includes input to a variety administration tasks to support the delivery of the HSEQ Strategy as well as supporting the Business Management Systems and is an important support role to the business stream.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- As an HSEQ System Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with internal and external parties.
- Provide effective document control across the business.
- Providing Quality and Environmental technical support to WGM businesses to include CONNECT SharePoint processes and document control procedures.
- Supporting the business maintain ISO 9001/1400/45001.
- Data management from Audits, inspections, and investigation.
- Collation of HSEQ Data and production of statistics
- Updating of spreadsheets and reports on a daily/weekly basis
- Maintain records, documents and standards required for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and third-party audits.
- To support with administration and co-ordination of internal audits and support / coordinate any external audits.
- To assist the HSEQ Team in developing processes, procedures, forms, and documents
- Support Head of Quality and Environment with general administration task where required.

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
