**The role**:
The LMS coordinator assists in the creation and management of technical training programs including both distance and in-class Web-based training programs and courses.
- Administrators set up and configure courses within the LMS, ensuring they align with organisational objectives.
- Create and analyse reports related to user performance, course completion, and other relevant metrics.
- Design certification programs and manage the certification process.
- Create learning paths and curricula to guide learners through their educational journey.
- Administer reports as required to track results of employee’s attainment of courses.
- Administer and amend training information for the LMS.
- Consult through trainers on scheduling of training for the region(s).
- Inform managers of training default and facilitate them to plan restorative action.
- Coordinate a filing system of entire sign-in papers for audit purposes.
- Deliver certificates out to participators for attaining of a course.
- Managing the version control of all uploaded materials and working with stakeholders and content designers to review and refresh on a regular basis.
- Ensure at all times, all content is aligned to the correct groups/catalogues/learning paths.

**Skills**:

- Experience in training and learning design and development, experience working with Learning Management Systems.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- In order to be competent in this job in-depth experience with PowerPoint is highly needed.
- Must also have a strong familiarity with recognized E-learning technical standards.
