Ideally you have at least
- Previous experience of 3 years in property lettings, office administration, or a similar role is a must.
- Proven understanding of all legal compliance, health and safety aspects in the lettings industry
- Experience working in the short stay industry would be a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
- Reception Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring supplies and equipment are well-maintained.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Manage office calendars, schedule meetings, and organise company events.
- Property Lettings Administration:
- Assist in the marketing of properties, including creating listings and managing online adverts.
- Coordinate property viewings and liaise with prospective tenants.
- Handle rent collection and manage arrears in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and update property management software.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Address and resolve queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
The services to be provided by the Employee may be reasonably varied by Prim Short Stays Ltd from time to time and may include further tasks which are within the scope of the services including tasks or assignments for subsidiary or group companies.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (UK Times)
Office Based in Nottingham.
