**Huntsmill Farm is a family-owned wedding venue based near Buckingham offering a converted barn, picturesque grounds and intimate courtyard settings for the perfect country wedding.**

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit team.

As Marketing Coordinator you will be involved in all aspects of our marketing. You will generate new customers for the business through the creation of innovative and engaging content that speaks to our audience, both online and offline, with the aim of maximising revenue. You will be responsible for our online presence through management of our website and social media. This is a pivotal role in managing our presence and building our community online. You will play an active role in assisting with event management for events such as photoshoots and open days where you will have the opportunity to meet our couples and suppliers. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to customer fulfilment. As part of a close-knit team you will be a team player who enjoys a challenge.

We ideally would like someone to start with us in May 2024.

**Your duties will include**:

- Maintaining the company website, keeping content and images up to date, adding and removing suppliers, ensuring attention to detail at all times and in a timely manner.
- Writing and posting inspiring and promotional driven blogs using SEO to target audience.
- Distributing creative content across social media platforms that is true to the brand, ensuring that the tone of voice is consistent across all channels.
- Assisting with the management and scheduling of social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok.
- Monitoring metrics to measure the success of campaigns and content, making recommendations for improvement.
- Building our social media community through the management of our Facebook Group, approving new couples, posting any relevant articles/information, gaining feedback/reviews, ensuring that content is appropriate at all times.
- Undertaking surveys and gathering data and reporting on customer demographics.
- Proactively seeking marketing opportunities i.e. attending industry events online/offline, making PR submissions etc. to build our brand awareness.
- Ensuring that welcome packs are up to date with newly created and existing content and that sufficient printing and folders are in stock for viewings and open days.
- Assisting at open days, greeting and registering attendees in a welcoming manner.
- Managing listings/directories where the company appears, ensuring that content and images are up to date, adding reviews etc.

- Have solid and proven experience working in a similar role with mínimal supervision
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Have bags of enthusiasm, energy and personality
- Be a great team player and willing to support the team as necessary
- Be extremely organised and methodical in you approach to work, with the ability to manage varying working loads and tasks simultaneously
- Have great timekeeping, communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-changing environment; able to navigate through occasional ambiguity will remaining calm
- Marketing qualification or equivalent
