The Mandrake is a multi-award-winning, luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia. Every aspect of The Mandrake has been thoughtfully curated and designed to offer guests a unique, immersive and truly unforgettable experience.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Guest Relations Executive to join our team at The Mandrake. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and personalized greeting
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate special guest requests, such as arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, or spa services
- Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the reservation system accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
