Job Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer

**Duties**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure.
- Document and update technical procedures and user guides.
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups.

**Skills**:

- Develop, monitor and support our hosted environment proactively taking corrective action where required
- Working on customer sites to resolve issues or project delivery of new systems/hardware
- Office 365 and hosted telecoms experience, troubleshooting and ability to investigate issues are key for this role
- Experience with PC Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with Server virtualization technologies I.E. Hyper-V, Vmware etc
- Good working knowledge of major networking components, networking operating systems configuration and maintenance
- experience with Microsoft Server and Exchange
- Office 365, Entra and hosted telecoms experience, troubleshooting and ability to investigate issues are key for this role
- Full UK driving licence

**Salary**: £25,062.70-£32,353.97 per year
