**Account Executive - Irvine**

Once you’ve learned about our products and services and get some work experience under your belt, you’ll become an established Account Executive. It will take a little time as there’s a lot to learn, so patience and determination is essential.

**Your Role**:

- Process all aspects of a new policy by accurately entering detailed information on to our system. Ensure the correct terms are applied and issue the policy documents quickly and efficiently.
- Deal with quotation referrals through our online system under the direction of your manager.
- Process and issue renewal documents in line with policy terms; ensuring accurate policy wording is issued.
- Assist with customer queries relating to their existing policies, your customer service skills should be top notch. You’ll also get the chance to speak to various brokers about some new business quotes and policies.
- Manage and organise your own workload and to meet performance targets as agreed with your manager.

**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with outstanding customer service focus, along with strong communication and social skills.
- Good planning and analytical skills are essential when engaging with brokers and customers alike. Sometimes it’s the smaller details that tell you the most, so being aware of all information that’s available to you is paramount.
- Accuracy and attention to detail will be key when creating documents to share with customers and brokers.
- Determined attitude, keen to learn, engage with others and meet challenging targets.
- Eligible to work in the UK.

**Salary**: £19,350.00 per year
