We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Irvine, Scotland. Your role will be to ensure that customers receive a fast and efficient response to sales enquiries, building customer loyalty and enhancing the company's reputation of WOW service.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Producing customer quotations to support the Internal Account Executives
- Creating customer documents, including order forms, risk assessments, ring binders
- To manage equipment process for floor cleaning equipment repair
- Managing dosing equipment repairs, logging on smart sheet, and following up with engineers.
- CRM Updating and Maintenance
- Answer incoming calls and handle as appropriate.
- Demonstrate a proactive telephone response, product and price list knowledge along with a helpful and welcoming approach to customers.
- Processing of Sales Orders/Returns for customers and maintain order processing deadlines
- To handle enquiries via live chat facility
- Carry our duties of colleagues
- Proactively call key customers when they have received consumable/nursing orders to ensure highest level of service is being given.

**Requirements**:

- Accurate keyboarding skills
- Ability to perform well across different sales support tasks
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to integrate with other departments
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Knowledge of Sage 200 preferable
- Reasonable level of computer skills
- Positive/Enthusiastic attitude and aptitude to customers
