Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator on a full-time permanent basis for one of our clients based in Glasgow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies relevant to the organisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance requirements and develop appropriate policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and track compliance activities and deadlines and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including documentation of policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
- Investigate and respond to compliance-related inquiries and incidents.
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices and make recommendations for updates to policies and procedures as necessary.
- Participate in internal and external compliance audits as required.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as data protection, anti-money laundering, or industry-specific requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
