**The Company**:Emtec Facility Services Limited is leading provider of facilities maintenance in the UK. We are recruiting a client system updater to join the team. You will work within the National Corporate Accounts FM team delivering M&E and building fabric compliance with a prestigious client.

**The Role**:As a Client System Administrator, you will report directly to the Contracts Manager with responsibility for ensuring all planned maintenance works within contract are updated via the client’s process and relevant service reports uploaded within agreed SLA’s. You will also be responsible for sending out all sub-contractor’s maintenance purchase orders and co-ordinating their site visits.

**Duties will include**:

- Controlling and updating of client ppm system including updating of clients management information spreadsheets
- Uploading of all planned preventative maintenance and compliance paperwork with agreed SLA’s
- Ensuring client statutory service paperwork is100% compliant
- Issuing annual purchase orders to sub-contractors for maintenance works and co-ordinating site visits.
- Assisting team as and when required with administration duties

**The Person**:

- Previous experience updating client’s systems would be advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience working within an FM helpdesk would is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience with all Microsoft packages, including excel and V Look-ups and Word.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, eager to learn and develop their skills across all areas.
- Previous administrative experience within the FM sector.
- You are a confident communicator with strong literacy skills.
- You are quick to learn, working accurately and effectively with mínimal supervision after an initial period of training.
