**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prototype Procurement Enablement Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the successful procurement and supply of parts for Jaguar Vehicle Programs, specifically related to the new Jaguar Electrical Architecture.

Your expertise in procurement and supply chain management will play a critical role in enabling the development and testing of prototypes for our innovative vehicle technologies.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- You will Supervise and lead a small team of prototype procurement professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging teamwork and individual growth so experience leading a team before will be very useful.
- You will need to have previous Supply Chain Management experience as you will establish and maintain relationships with engineers and suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain for prototype parts. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to optimise costs while maintaining quality and delivery schedules.
- You will oversee the procurement process for prototype parts required for the Jaguar Electrical Architecture and other vehicle programs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, to identify part requirements and specifications.
- You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with program objectives. Act as a liaison between procurement and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.

- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills, with a track record of successful cost optimization.
- Understanding of supply chain dynamics and the ability to mitigate risks and handle disruptions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software systems and tools.
