Our client is looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor on a fixed term basis for 6 months to provide invaluable additional support with all people-related activities.

The position will involve all aspects of HR generalist support in addition to assisting the HR team with driving key HR initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

- Working as part of the HR team to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Management of all aspects of Employee Relations including Absence Management.
- Assisting in managing recruitment processes and develop strategies to promote Talent Mapping and Succession Planning.
- Maintaining all job description and personal specifications.
- Processing monthly payroll along with any ad hoc payroll issues.
- Assisting the HR Lead with a suite of HR projects and initiatives and coaching the wider business to manage any changes.
- Maintaining the hard filing system and paperwork and support with data input and retrieval of KPI information.
- Helping to drive continuous improvement within the HR department.
- Supporting the business with general people queries and giving advice according to company guidelines and legislation.

Successful applicants will:

- Have demonstrable experience ideally gained at an Officer or Advisor level previously.
- Be proactive and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
- Be able to adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
