The Office Administrator will be responsible for the day to day administration of the CRM database, new customer sales and all sales administration. This CRM holds all their customer data such as their sales data, appointments, communication and personal info. This information is also used to provide insights to Senior Management so it’s accuracy is vital to success.

**About the role**

Administor closed sales to hand over for delivery

Ensuring the timely and accurate entry of data on the Customer Database

Monitoring of data input

Extraction of data from Database

Supporting the sales team function with administrative tasks such as updating proposals, confirming appointments, etc

**About You**

Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Dynamics, Excel, Outlook and Word

Experinence in a B2B sales environment

Previous exposure to an office environment

Awareness of Data Privacy and GDPR

Drive to develop and progress
