We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 14 regions and 2 timber frame factories Right now, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Consultant to join the Sales and Marketing Team at our site in Witham St Hughs, Lincolnshire.

**About the role**

Buying a house is the biggest purchase most people will make, and it will be up to you to help walk them through the process, providing them with 5* customer service the entire way

As a sales consultant, you’ll love building genuine, trusted relationships with your purchasers and prospective purchasers. Your first-class communication skills will ensure that everyone is kept informed at every step of the way and you’ll pride yourself on treating our purchasers and their agents politely and professionally. You will be responsible for ensuring that all enquiries and sales leads are followed up in a timely manner, and be comfortable manning and being responsible for the sales and marketing suite.

**What you’ll need**

Proven experience in a new build sales role is essential, as is first class customer service experience and being comfortable in your ability to qualify client requirements and overcome objections where necessary.

As a Sales Consultant, it’s also pretty important that you like people You will have a friendly manner with fantastic relationship building, problem solving and decision-making skills and a superb eye for detail.
